SFCJEH LLC

Management Consulting · Norcross, Georgia

Public money carries a higher standard of proof.

SFCJEH LLC advises agencies, institutions, and privately held companies on how appropriated funds, grant awards, and private capital move through an organization, and on whether the results can withstand an audit, an oversight inquiry, or a board review.

03 · Method

How an engagement runs

  1. Scope the question A short intake call establishes the decision the client needs to make, the deadline attached to it, and who has to be satisfied by the answer.
  2. Take stock of the record We identify which documents, figures, and authorities already exist, and name the gaps plainly rather than filling them with assumption.
  3. Analyze and draft Findings are written for a generalist reader, with the supporting authority cited and the analysis separated from the recommendation.
  4. Deliver and close Every engagement ends with an indexed work product the client owns outright, plus a walkthrough with the people who have to use it.
